Why do I see a "downloading game data" message with a progress bar after I have installed the game?

Once you've downloaded the game and launched it on the device, additional game files will begin downloading before the game will work. The files that were installed previously were only a portion of the files needed due to the store’s game size restrictions for download. We want every customer to play our games in the highest possible quality, which is why downloading game data may take some time depending on the speed of your internet connection and the quality of communication. We recommend using a Wi-Fi connection or a high-speed data plan. You also need to have enough memory on your device in order to successfully download the game data.

Game is stuck or stopped downloading files

In some cases, your Wi-Fi connection may become unstable or drop completely, which will cause the downloading files to stop or freeze. Please check your internet connection; you might be out of the Wi-Fi zone or the signal speed is too slow to progress. If your Wi-Fi connection is ok, try restarting the game data download.

If the game stopped downloading, you may try to force stop the downloading.
You can do it in the following way:

  • Tap on "Settings" on the top of your screen.
  • Choose "Applications".
  • Go to "Manage applications".
